Some people seek me out for personal growth/self-improvement, and some come to me for spiritual growth. Some come to me for physical healing. I consider all of these to be different points on the same continuum, equally worthy of compassionate attention. So I take you wherever you are and use Rebirthing-Breathwork and Sacred Breath Breathwork to help you break through to the next level, whatever that might be for you as an “individual”. 😉
In my experience, the access to altered states of expanded consciousness and the natural life force energy of the body (sometimes called Kundalini or Holy Spirit) which this modality enables, greatly facilitates those breakthroughs.
