Babaji’s body was a leela (play of God). His physical appearance at the ashram changed almost daily; his weight would be “light as a feather” and then so heavy three strong men were barely able to lift him. One devotee reported that he walked through her. In the pouring monsoon rains, he would not even get damp, while everyone else got soaked. He would show his chakras to some, to others he would appear as Shiva or Krishna. Sometimes he left no footprints, sometimes he left ordinary footprints, and sometimes his footprints contained sacred symbols.
He honored all religions; he celebrated Christmas at his ashram in the Himalayas.
His message/teaching was “Truth, Love, Simplicity”
