Sunday Seven-thirty Sittings on Zoom from St. Croix: Looks like I’m going to run this alliteration train into the ground! At first, I was just calling it Sunday Seven-thirty Sittings. That’s St. Croix, Virgin Islands by the way, in the beautiful turquoise waters of the Caribbean.
Anyway, just a heads up we’ve got some time zone changes coming up. Here in St. Croix, we don’t change the clocks, so we’ll still be getting together at 7:30 PM Sundays, but that will now be 6:30 PM in New York, for example. So double check your times so you don’t accidentally miss it.
If you’re new, wondering what this is all about, we gather together on Zoom for talks and experiential processes on Non-Duality, Enlightenment, Breathwork, Healing Stress and Anxiety, Coping, Making Life Work, and Meditation, led by Sacred Breath Teacher Ray Bratcher, one of the world’s foremost Breathworkers.
