There’s a beautiful event coming up on September 5th with yoga, meditation, various offerings, etc., and I am honored to have been invited to share my modality of Breathwork with a Group Breathe! This is the first in person, live group breathe I’ve done in a while and there may not be another one any time soon!
The cost is $FREE (donations appreciated), so if you’ve ever wanted to try breathwork, this is a good opportunity. Please bring mats or blankets. The intention of the Organizers of this event is to offer a spiritually minded expression of Community Unity,
so mark your calendars for Sept 5 from 12-4PM at the New Pavilion after Budhoe Park West in Frederiksted! Btw, the Organizers are looking for offerings, modalities, vendors, and donations of food–if interested let me know and I’ll pass it on!
